Trade Registry Office eliminates several taxes and tariffs for firms, sole traders and individual enterprises starting today

The National Trade Registry Office (ONRC) eliminates starting today several taxes and tariffs for firms, sole traders PFA and individual enterprises as part of the bill scrapping 102 taxes, according to a release if the institution.

Thus, the taxes will be eliminated for the registration operations in trade registry, respectively the registration request of legal persons, which was RON 250, the the registration request of Authorised Natural Persons, individual enterprises, family enterprises, of RON 90 or the simple mentions requests of RON 45.

Requests for complex mentions, which were worth RON 220, were also elimintated, respectively the request with mentions with two or more operations, in the case of legal persons.

On January 9, Klaus Iohannis approved the law regarding the elimination of taxes and tariffs, as well as the change and filling in of normative acts.

The bill allows the elimination of several taxes, such as the environment stamp, taxes at the Trade Registry, Consular and citizenship taxes, taxes for the fiscal record, radio-tv taxes and the supplementary tax for the issue of temporary passport.
