Sabin Dima (photo), founder of Digital DNA Summit and CEO Humans:Digital DNA Summit is the first international conference covering synthetic (AI-created) media. We aimed at opening the conversation about the AI-generated future and, at the same time, help innovators understand how their ideas would change the world. We are also militating to keep the Digital DNA in an ethical framework, and the Digital DNA Summit is the first step in this direction“.

More than 30 speakers, among which Artificial Intelligence researchers and founders of technology start-ups, will be present on the virtual stage of Digital DNA Summit to talk about how the digital genome will revolutionize extremely diverse industries, from the medical area to the entertainment sector, from education to fashion, from gaming to social media.

Claude de Loupy, CEO of Syllabs (AI powered content optimisation and text generation): “How can AI boost the media industry? I will present my vision at the Digital DNA Summit, by shedding light on what challenges the media faces today, how can AI help the media respond to these challenges, how could a newsroom work today with the new tools available to it and even how far could media automation go and what is desirable.”

Hao Li, CEO of Pinscreen (creating AI-Driven Virtual Avatars):In the coming years, we are going to interact more with digital humans than with real ones. Digital DNA summit has assembled an amazing set of speakers with topics ranging from virtual avatar, digital assistants, speech synthesis, deepfakes, ultrasound touch interface, and much more. As the pandemic rages on, virtual connectivity has never been that important.”

The Digital DNA Summit will address two major themes over the two days of the event. The first day is dedicated to the progress in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and the second to the ethical framework around these advances.

The event is organized with the support of UniCredit Bank, partner of the project.

Alexandru Mihalache, Head of Digital Channels, UniCredit Bank: “In a world where interactions are increasingly moving online, it is essential to be able to quickly respond to customer needs and be present where and when they need. The interaction has to be simple and smooth, and what customers need should be available one touch or one call away. UniCredit Romania has always been a promoter of modern technologies, investing in innovation and digitalization – and these values are key factors of our growth. I will present at the Digital DNA Summit the way in which UniCredit integrated AI in its activity for the benefit of our clients”.
