Safer Buildings: The Consulting service for companies to adapt offices to the new reality

REC Partners, a consulting, design and project management company for commercial buildings announces, through its Romanian subsidiary, REC Immpuls, the launch of a new service, in the context of the crisis caused by the pandemic. Safer Buildings is an integrated consulting concept dedicated to both companies and office space owners preparing the return of the employees to their offices.

Given that the authorities require the establishment of safety measures, REC Partners has developed a specialized team of architects, legal experts, specialists in air quality systems etc to design and implement the integrated return plan for employees.

The experts came up with a set of recommendations needed to eliminate any risks so that the activities can take place in a safe way. Safer Buildings can also recommend the suppliers to use, given the proliferation of disinfection materials and equipment that do not meet the safety requirements.

In Romania, among the first projects certified by Safer Buildings is Hotspot Workhub, the newest flex-office space operator on the Romanian market.

The project included, among other things, optimizing the office spaces, increasing the air quality, the desks density, eliminating the risks coming from the heating and cooling systems, purchasing recommendations and managing the flows of people inside the space.
