Over 30 national and international speakers will attend DevTalks

In 2 weeks, Bucharest will be the host for the most important event dedicated to IT professionals.

Professionals in the IT field will be present at the second edition of DevTalks Bucharest. The conference will take place on June 11 at Romexpo, C1 and over 500 IT professionals, BI/Big Data specialists, IoT, Mobile & Web developers, people interested in technology development and with passion for areas like Mobile & IoT, Web, Cloud Computing and Big Data will attend the event.

This is the second year in a row that DevTalks has been organized in Bucharest. The event proposes to bring attention to Romania’s IT community through a series of sessions and informal discussions about the new trends and IT solutions, practical situations and concrete cases. This edition will present over 30 local and international speakers. USA, England, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Russia and Ukraine are just some of the countries of origin of the international speakers that will attend the event on June 11 at Romexpo. DevTalks is a conference with and about developers, structured in series of sessions about the IT industry that focus on the development of professionals and people passionate about the IT field.

DevTalks offers to IT professionals the opportunity to gain a new perspective about the areas they present interest in, and also about techniques and instruments involved in technology evolution. For 2015, DevTalks’ Agenda is structured in 4 zones, each one containing information and professional development opportunities for experts in this area:

  • 4 scenes named by the chosen themes. The Future Web, Mobile & IoT, Cloud Computing and BI/Big Data. Some of the subjects from our guests are: “Perils of the Cloud” – Philipp Krenn (Tamer of Technology at ecosio), “The web is dead, long live the web!” – Martin Naumann (Software Engineer, Archilogic), “A credit card walks into a bar” – Cristiano Betta (Developer Evangelist at PayPal), “What we know, what is happening and what we are made of: exploring big data on the cloud” – Felipe Hoffa (Developer Advocate at Google) and “Preparing your applications of IoT” – Emanuel Nastasa (Business and Software Development Enthusiast at Luxoft Romania).   • Exhibitors Area. The place where participants will have access to series of technology innovations, portable devices, apps and many hardware and software solutions presented by the event’s partners.   • Networking Area. It is specially created for the interaction of the participants, where all speakers and participants can share from their experience, exchange ideas, resources or information. For helping them to relax and for facilitating their communication, the area will be specially arranged, being a perfect place for interacting with others. The MyCONNECTOR app will generate one-to-one discussions between all participants at DevTalks. Thus, they can establish meetings with professionals from their interest area.
  • Fun Zone: a zone dedicated to those who want to test the latest technologies. Fun Zone will be powered by eMAG that will exhibit the newest versions of devices and gadgets like: robots, simulators and many others.
