Over 160 multinational and local companies are planning their recruitment this spring

This spring, Angajatori de TOP career fair will take place in three editions, two of which will take place in Timisoara and Bucharest, while the third one is national, and available on www.hipo.ro :

– Angajatori de TOP Timisoara ( from the 18^th of March until the 19^th of March, at the Regional Business Center) will bring together thousands of job offers, based on different levels of experience, programs designed specifically for students and recent graduates, alongside conferences, skillshops and techlabs, together with the representatives of tens of companies with whom the visitors may interact.
– Angajatori de TOP Bucuresti ( from the 25^th of March until the 26^th of March, at Sala Palatului) is celebrating its 20^th edition, therefore 10 years during which it has brought together candidates determined to build a successful career and multinational companies, conferences, self-development workshops and hours of career counseling offered free of charge to those present at the event.
– Angajatori de TOP Virtual ( from the 4^th of April until the 17^th of April on hipo.ro) After the two physical editions, the career fair will take place online, and for two weeks companies will be presenting their employment offers. The event will be national, offering candidates access to thousands of career opportunities and from the comfort of their own homes they may participate in webinars and virtual workshops.

60 companies and over 2,500 jobs are awaiting at Angajatori de TOP Timisoara

Those looking for a job will be able to choose from 2500 jobs offered by 60 companies. Most of the employers have their recruitment strategy established for the next time period, and development plans are in various activity areas and on different experience levels, including jobs open for professionals as well as jobs for juniors.

This year’s edition is outstanding because of the diversity of the job opportunities it offers. The 60 companies come from over 15 domains of activity, from IT&C (32%), Engineering (16%), Automotive (10%), Retail (8%), Audit and Consulting (6%), Services and BPO (6%), FMCG (5%), Banking (3%), Logistics and Transportation (3%), Recruitment Agencies (2%), Insurances (2%) and Constructions (2%).

The career opportunities that are opened by companies are also addressed to those with experience, since 22% of the jobs are for senior candidates, 42% of the jobs are middle-level, whilst 35% are entry-level.
