Luana Crivat is GSK Romania’s new HR Business Leader

Luana Crivat was appointed HR Business Leader for GSK Romania, which includes GSK Pharma, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Europharm Distribution and the factory in Brasov, in total 1,000 employees.

With over 8 years in the pharma industry, Luana Crivat joined GSK Romania in 2006, as a Medical Representative. Two years later she joined the Human Resources department as an executive. Starting with June 2010, Luana Crivat continued her career in GSK Romania from the position of Regional Sales Manager, coordinating the sales team. One year later, she came back to the HR department as HR Manager of the Pharma division.

In her new position as HR Business Leader, she will manage the company’s talent and coordinate it with the chosen strategy,

Luana replaces Iulia Dobritoiu, who was appointed HR Business Leader Middle East and Africa Supply Chain.

“There are two strategic priorities at the level of the entire organisation: people and developing their skills. My agenda revolves around these two targets, along with creating a culture of high performance. This way we can assure that we have the right people in our organisation and that, both individually and together as a team, we can contribute to creating an efficient health system, in line with our local objective – that everything we do, we contribute to a healthier Romanian way of life”, according to Luana Crivat.
