From the new position, Olga will coordinate the strategy of HR departments in all EMEA countries where Stefanini is present, will be responsible for implementing HR projects and will coordinate the entire recruitment process. Currently, more than 2300 employees work in the Stefanini offices in the EMEA region. At the same time, Olga Botusan becomes, through his new position, a member of the Executive Leadership team within EMEA.

“Olga has proven through the projects he has coordinated this year and through the changes made to the HR team that she can cope with the new responsibilities that come with the regional position,” says Manuel Frade, CEO Stefanini EMEA . “I am confident that through her experience and skills, she will be able to attract the most talented people in the market and manage to create a stronger, more powerful and united team,” he added.

“The position of HR Director for a region so important to Stefanini as EMEA is a great responsibility for me, but also an opportunity to capitalize on my experience on a different level, the regional one,” says Olga Botusan. “There are differences in the markets I will coordinate, differences in culture, approach, level of readiness, and I will try to integrate them all, but also to bring them to a common denominator – our own Stefanini culture.”
