Rompetrol Rafinare, the company owned by KazMunayGas, that administrates Petromidia refinery, announced this Tuesday that the company’s shareholders revoked Marius Mitrus as board’s member and company and appointed Nicoleta Viorica Soisun in his place.
Soisun (31 years) will hold this position until April 30, 2018, the expiration date of the current board members’ mandate.
She previously worked at the chancellery of the former PM Calin Popescu Tariceanu.
Rompetrol Rafinare registered a net consolidated profit of USD 56 million in the first nine months of 2017, an year-on-year growth by three times.
Also the EBITDS registered an year-on-year increase by 26 percent in the first nine months of 2017, reaching to USD 152.9 million.
The gross turnover reached USD 2.87 billion during January-September 2017, an year-on-year growth by 12 percent
Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC) is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and has a market value of RON 2.47 million.
The Energy Ministry has a minority stake of 44.7 percent in Rompetrol Rafinare.
