Mihai-Alexandru Cristea 26/03/2021 | 12:15

Irina Mînzală, HR Director at EY Romania & Moldova, will be a speaker in the opening All-Star Panel at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, titled Employer Branding: adapt the new way we work, live and connect. The EY HR Director will delve into the evolution of the employer-employee relationship during the past year, but also will share her thoughts about the #futureofwork in the new reality.

Irina Mînzală is an experienced HR Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry, having previously managed various areas of Human Resources such as talent acquisition, employer branding, inclusion and diversity, organizational development, acquisitions- people transfers, industrial relations and total rewards.

Under her leadership, EY Romania recently launched the EY Express junior recruitment campaign, through which the company will hire more than 100 students and graduates from all over the country. The new recruits are to join the company in the EY offices in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara and Chisinau, starting with September 2021.

“I recommend EY Express not only to students interested in starting their careers, but also to students who want to discover themselves through our selection process. EY’s ambition is to offer a pleasant and useful selection experience, with many real-life working situations experienced at EY. Beyond the trainings and the opportunity to meet other students involved in the recruitment process, the feedback received from our specialists will help them to discover themselves, to find out what skills they should further develop, so that they can make the best decisions about their future. We facilitate their experience. It’s up to them to build their future. The selection process will take place exclusively in the virtual environment, because we take care of everyone’s health in this pandemic context, and from September we are waiting for them with us. Until the current situation allows us to see each other at the office and in physical format, future colleagues will have the option to work from home. We hope that the virtual onboarding experience we implemented last year will help them to easily integrate into the EY team.” Irina Mînzală said about the project.

The dynamics between employees and employers have undergone major changes during the pandemic, both through the prism of a new way of working, established to prevent the spread of the virus, as well as through an inevitable economic crisis, which has left its mark on the Romanian labor market. Irina Mînzală will also analyze the latest trends among employees in terms of telework, trust in the employer and in the labor market.

Make sure to join up with Irina Mînzală and an entire roster of great speakers at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, March 30, starting at 14:15. Register for the online event.
