Hagag Development Europe launches H Pipera Lake

Real estate developer Hagag Development Europe is investing over EUR 90 million in its first Bucharest project and the company’s largest residential project in Romania, H Pipera Lake.

The project will be built on a 57,000 sqm surface and will include around 120,000 sqm of apartments, built in three construction phases. H Pipera Lake will be designed by the Razvan Barsan + Partners architecture office and will deliver 1,350 apartments (studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms) distributed in 17 blocks. More than 1,600 parking places will be available, as well as gardens for ground floor apartments.

Andreea Hamza, Marketing manager at Hagag Development Europe, said: “Besides the smart design, the premium finishing or the floor heating, H Pipera Lake will also have a series of facilities that increase its value. This includes underground parking, green spaces, playgrounds, promenade area by the lake, minimarket and pharmacy, all in the complex. The surrounding area also has great facilities. The first apartments will be up for sale in the Real Estate Showroom at the Palace of the Parliament on March 2-4. There we will bring special offers for our first buyers.”

The start of the H Pipera Lake complex is estimated for spring 2018. The first 5 buildings will have 390 apartments between 55 and 97 sqm. They will be delivered in the second half of 2019.
