Romanian DIY retailer Dedeman opened last Friday a store in Alba Iulia, bringing its local network to 25 stores. The new unit required an investment of EUR 11 million, according to the company, and has a total sales surface of 11,800 sqm.
Dedeman Alba Iulia is the fourth unit opened by the retailer in 2011 and by the end of the year it will be followed by a unit in Tulcea. “This strategy of opening four to five units yearly will continue until 2015, in order to reach a national network of 45 units,” announced the retailer.
Dedeman is owned by Dragos and Adrian Paval.
