C&W Echinox: Vila Capo in Central Bucharest to host Labvision - Scanway - Cloudscan - Dentalway group

Vila Capo, an emblematic property in central Bucharest, located close to Victory Square, will host a dental clinic, a technical dental production centre with high-end technology, and a centre for clinical and technical education for the transfer of know-how.

It is a new, vertically integrated concept, which will provide patients, dentists and dental technicians in Romania with the latest non-invasive treatment methods, as well as production and imaging equipment, together with the specialised training for using them and integrating them in clinical applications.

Dr. Radu Ignatescu, the entrepreneur behind the Labvision project, has taken over Vila Capo from Mr Sorin Ghite in a transaction brokered by the real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

The property has a built surface of 2,400 square meters, of which 1,700 sqm usable floor area, and a structure made up of two basements and four aboveground levels.
