Cushman & Wakefield Echinox expands its Land & Industrial team by recruiting two specialists with a total real estate market experience of 22 years

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox expands and consolidates its Land & Industrial team by recruiting Liviu Mărginean and Ștefan Radeanu, two specialists with a combined experience of 22 years in the real estate market, within the department coordinated by Andrei Brinzea.

Liviu Mărginean has seven years of experience in the real estate market, being involved over time in the expansion process of LIDL and Auchan retail chains. He joined the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox team as Director Land Agency, advising on land sale or aquisition for future retail, industrial and residential developments, as well as market analysis and due diligence.

Ștefan Radeanu has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, of which almost 10 years within the regional expansion team of the German company Kaufland. For the last 2 and a half years, Stefan has been Commercial Manager of VGP Romania. As Director of  Cushman & Wakefield Echinox Industrial Agency, Ștefan Rădeanu will focus on the leasing of logistic and industrial properties, but also on land acquisition and future development for logistic or mixed projects.
