Logistic and industrial park developer CTP has exceeded 1 million sqm in leasable surface in Romania and continues its expansion, planning to add another 200,000 sqm to its local portfolio, economica.net reports.
In 2018, the developer delivered over 300,000 sqm of logistic spaces and reached 50 tenants in the 15 industrial parks it owns in Romania, of whom 85 percent are major logistics players, while the rest are manufacturing companies.
Since it entered the market, CTP has invested about EUR 500 million in Romania and plans to invest another EUR 120 million in the upcoming years, to reach 1.5 million sqm by 2021.
One of the developer’s main goals is to expand CTPark Bucharest West, which could become the largest industrial park in Romania and Central Europe. Currently, it has a surface area of 400,000 sqm and should reach 1 million sqm in a few years.
