Cristina Corello is the Human Resources Director of the Bosch Group in Romania – the second Most Desired Employer in the Automotive industry. She headed since January 2012, enjoying great exposure to complex processes and projects aimed to offer a meaningful experience to future and current employees.

By being actively involved in the development process of all 5 Bosch locations in Romania, Cristina is constantly looking to integrate the latest HR trends in the organization’s evolution.
