Fulga Dinu, Country Manager Operations IMMOFINANZ Romania, Gold Partners of the 16th edition of the Business Review Awards Gala and award partners of the Best supporter of healthcare services category, talked to BR about the importance of supporting the healthcare sector for IMMOFINANZ and the wider benefits of having such business champions in the company’s portfolio.

How is healthcare shaping demand in your local property portfolio?

We are very honored to have been receiving requests in this field. We already had customers from the healthcare industry in our portfolio, but our largest transaction closed a few months ago was a lease contract signed with Provita, one of the most prominent hospital operators in Bucharest. They will open a hospital with us in IRIDE | eighteen, our business park in Pipera. I think that this is a very good sign because it balances our portfolio and it bring added value to the services we already offer to our customers.

What are the wider benefits of having business champions in the healthcare industry?

One of them is, like I mentioned before, the fact that you balance your portfolio and you go in an area where you can cover because businesses such as hospitals will definitely attract other adjacent businesses near them. We are aiming to create a hub, so I think this is going to reshape the whole area. Also, it’s a service that we can offer to our tenants, so I think that’s also added value that we will be offering this service. And in general, the fact that we are offering variety in our portfolio is a benefit for everybody.
