Bosch will relocate its Timisoara office to Mulberry Development’s ISHO Offices after signing one of the biggest lease deals of the past years.

The office space of 6,600 square meters will be delivered in spring of 2018 once the first phase of the most modern office project in the western part of Romania.

“Relocating our office in Timisoara gives us the opportunity gives the possibility to give employees a modern work environment with innovative elements. From the start, ISHO positioned itself as the most innovative office project developed in the western part of the country. From this point of view, ISHO offices made a difference during the selection process through the attractiveness of the concept offered and its uniqueness in Timisoara, given by the location, mix of services, quality, future opportunities for expansion and the developer’s track record,” Raluca Romanu, Bosch Service Solutions Timisoara director said.

A number of companies already present in Timisoara have expressed intentions to lease office space in the ISHO Offices, Mulberry Development representatives say. Moreover, they are in advanced talks with companies in IT, engineering and services companies.

“We are glad that we see an increased interest for our project. The companies, their employees as well as those who are looking for housing are thrilled with the modern, structured concept and all facilities available to them. Less than one year since the ISHO Offices was announced, our concept is constantly validated by the market, during every talk with potential tenants. We estimate that by spring next year, the first stage will be rented almost completely,” Ovidiu Sandor, CEO Mulberry Development said.

ISHO Offices will be developed in parallel with the residential component and will include three stages. The first phase, which will have a leasable surface of 15,500 square meters of the total of 55,000 square meters of the office building, will be delivered in 2018. When completed, in 2020, ISHO will serve approximately 5,000 employees and 2,000 residential tenants.
