How to adapt the new way we work, live and connect is the main question which will mark an All-Star Employer Branding panel at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference. Not a simple question, but we are fortunate enough to have speakers such as Andreea Voinea, HR Executive Director at BCR, so rest assured – we’re in for a great debate!

Andreea Voinea is a dynamic HR Leader with strong business acumen and a proven track record to run large scale people transformation programs, with 20+ years (out of which 15 in Banking) of progressive international experience in mature and emerging markets. She has been with BCR since September 2007, as the bank’s HR Executive Director, being responsible for the implementation of the HR integration of BCR into Erste Group and for driving forward the HR strategy of the largest financial group in Romania.

At the previous edition of Working Romania, Autumn 2020, Andreea Voinea talked about the need to free up the creativity of employees.

“Probably the most important lesson learnt during this period, respectively the lesson of daring to free up the creativity of our people to explore untapped territories. During the last 7 months, we reminded ourselves that our people have amazing potential to reinvent ourselves to do things differently better and more efficiently for us and our clients. At BCR we have discovered a lot of people capable to reinvent banking. And I am sure such people who are reinventing our business, are not only in BCR, but in all organizations. It’s just our role, as HR professionals, to discover them and put them in the spotlight.” Andreea Voinea said on the occasion.

The BCR HR Executive Director was also featured in BR’s #HRSpotlight Interview series, in which she summed up 2020, mapped out the trends of 2021, and previewed the top 3 most important trends for top HR professionals in 2021.

Apart from her vast professional experience, Andreea Voinea also holds several degrees such as a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Ghent University in Belgium, a Bachelor in International Business and Economics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, and a Master of Business Administration, Finance and Management from the Tulane University in the US.

Make sure to join up with Andrea Voinea and an entire roster of great speakers at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, March 30, starting at 14:30. Register for the online event by clicking the banner below:
