PwC Romania announces that starting 1st January 2021, Anda Rojanschi becomes Partner in the Tax and Legal Services department.

Anda coordinates the Mergers and Acquisitions team of D&B David si Baias, the corresponding law firm of PwC Romania, which she has joined since its inception. Since 2008 she has become a Partner within the D&B David si Baias, also holding the position of PwC director.

Anda holds a degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 1996, also obtaining legal qualifications in Luxembourg and France. She also has experience in negotiating and structuring complex corporate and real estate transactions, coordinating the legal analysis of the activity that forms the object of the transaction, assisting clients during negotiations and providing them with legal advice until the successful completion of the transaction.

In the last year, she has assisted our clients in both sales and purchase processes, with transactions taking place mainly in real estate, IT and pharmaceuticals. Anda also has a high level of knowledge in the field of company law, coordinating numerous restructuring processes (mergers and divisions, as well as post-acquisition integration processes), registration of new companies and structuring of associations and partnerships, drafting of management contracts.
