Adrian Dinca, HR Director EMEA at Vertiv, will be a speaker in the second panel at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, titled Shaping a brighter world of work ∣ Powered by Orange. The HR Director, responsible for leading the people agenda across Vertiv’s manufacturing plants and Shared Service Center, covering over 2500 employees, brings with him a wealth of experience which will surely enrich the #FUTUREOFWORK talks.

With over 10 years’ experience in HR and Business Transformation roles across a variety of cultures and organizations, Adrian Dinca’s professional passion lies in people’s development, and an ability to link individual talents with what helps a company to succeed and overachieve. In his current role as Vertiv EMEA HR Director, he is responsible for leading the people agenda across all the manufacturing plants and Shared Service Center at Vertiv, covering over 2500 employees. His work also allows Adrian Dinca to focus on driving transformation, organizational development, talent management, and many other elements that together lead to company success.

“I enjoy change, transformation (personal and professional), piloting new ideas and people! My priorities focus around building a best-in-class Shared Service Center (Global Business Service) and optimizing the Manufacturing Footprint, with responsibility for attracting, developing and retaining the skills and leadership required to execute the business strategy and provide competitive advantage.” Says Adrian Dinca.

Adrian Dinca will tackle various subjects at Working Romania, but his main focus will be on productivity, workload, and how to manage our time efficiently. ““We work too much, and not for the right reasons,” he states.

“I used to work very long hours for years. Sometimes I still do, but never as frequently as before. I believe there is a problem in the corporate world, that our workload is not driven only by reality, but also by our anxieties. I am still learning and reflecting on this topic. I came to believe that, in the corporate world, each of us could easily work 24 hours a day and still not get everything done. As they say, if you don’t know where you want to go, then every road will take you there. In this case, it’s the road to nowhere (no deliverables at work – but neither at home).” Adrian Dinca said in a LinkedIn post, previewing his article titled “Hard work and results. There’s a missmatch.”

Make sure to join up with Adrian Dinca and an entire roster of great speakers at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, March 30, starting at 14:15. Register for the online event.
