35 projects compete for newly launched ANIS scholarships

The Association of Software and Services Industry Owners (ANIS) has announced the registration of 35 innovative projects for the first edition of the ANIS Scholarships program, which supports excellence in learning, teaching and research initiatives.

“We are enjoying the increased interest in the ANIS Scholarships Program, developed in partnership with the academic community, which will reward the efforts and passion of young academics to adopt the latest developments in industry and intensify dialogue and partnerships between the tech sector and academia. Our wish is to continue the program and to develop it so that it becomes one of the pillars of the collaboration between the industry and the academia and a joint effort to address the shortcomings of both sides, “said Florin Talpes, coordinator of the ANIS Scholarships.

The program is being developed in partnership with the academic environment in Romania, and its purpose is to support excellence in teaching, teaching and research initiatives.

In order to qualify, candidates must have the qualification of lecturer or professor, must be aged 40 or less and must teach a course that touches at least in a 50 percent share topics such as AI / Machine Learning, Big Data, Fintech, Cybersecurity and Healthtech and/or are taught using innovative teaching methods.

Launched in June through a fundraising campaign, the first edition of the ANIS Scholarship Program is developed with support from Atos, Adobe, Bitdefender, Softelligence, Cornerstone and Enea.
