Romanian company gets the nod at International Tax Review awards

Romanian company Transfer Pricing Services TPS received the ‘Company of the year in price transfer on Central Europe’ award, given by the International Tax Review. The awards competition included entries from consulting companies in 26 European countries. The companies presented three of their most relevant projects in between March and December 2010. The projects were submitted by each participant state within two sections (taxes and transfer pricing) and for 19 European awards.

Transfer Pricing Services is an independent Romanian advisory firm offering specialized transfer pricing consultancy services.

In October 2009, TPS established a business alliance with Transfer Pricing Associates (TPA), which is the transfer pricing consulting business of TPA Global group.

This alliance was set up with the purpose of enabling TPS and TPA to provide comprehensive and integrated transfer pricing services and to meet the growing demand among global and Romanian based organizations for multi-country transfer pricing advisory services and documentation studies. The TPA Global group is headquartered in Amsterdam, with own offices and strategic alliances in over 30 countries around the world.
