OTP Bank refinances Cocor Bucharest with a EUR 6.7 million loan

OTP Bank Romania signed a contract with Cocor Bucuresti, the company that operates the commercial center located in the old center of Bucharest. The contract provides for a loan that will allow Cocor to refinance a EUR 6.7 million credit that was previously contracted.

According to the transaction, the amount will be repaid in 10 years, involving equal monthly installments and keeping the guarantees approved by the council.

“It is a pleasure for us to contribute to the financing of the shopping center located in the old center of the capital, the first one that promoted the Romanian fashion designers and supported them to persevere. By offering this loan to the Cocor store, we also support the designers of micro entrepreneurs, which aligns with our business strategy”, said Dragos Mirica, Deputy General Manager, Corporate Division and Board Member at OTP Bank Romania.

The credit that the bank has offered us is an encouragement and a support to continue to develop our retail activity. , as well as to increase the number of our clients”, said Pricopie Cristian, the president of the COCOR board of directors.
