Goldman Sachs included in consortium that intermediates Romgaz BSE listing

A consortium of Erste Group Bank, Goldman Sachs, BCR and Raiffeisen Capital & Management, will be intermediary in the SPO of Romgaz on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE). The Ministry of Economy will seek to sell a 15 percent stake on the BSE.

Law firm Salans, Moore and Associates together with law office Septimiu Stoica, in partnership with a ministerial commission, made the decision.

Three consortiums have issued technical offers for the intermediation of Romgaz. A consortium of BRD, Citigroup, ING Bank London Branch, Societe Generale, ING Bank Amsterdam and another consortium of Unicredit CAIB Securities, Unicredit Bank AG, Alpha Bank, Alpha Finance and JP Morgan Securities also entered this race.
