Gold price at the lowest price of the 2018 at BNR quotation

The National Bank of Romania (BNR) announced on Thursday a benchmark exchange rate of RON 4.6596 per EUR, down by 0.02 percent on the level reached on Wednesday. Gold has reached its lowest level since December 2017 to date.

The US dollar, indirectly rated on the Romanian market through reference to the euro/dollar parity, went up from RON 3.9804 to RON 3.9902. Swiss franc exchange rate fell from RON 4.0032 to RON 4.0022. The pound sterling fell from RON 5.2747 to RON 5.2731.

AT the same time the price of gram of gold fell from RON 160.0344 to RON 159.741. This is the lowest level since December 2017, when it was RON 159.720.
