Virgil Zahan, CEO of Goldring, one of the most active brokers in terms of listings on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, comes to the support of Romanian entrepreneurs interested in streamlining their business and launches Finants.ro, an online lending platform dedicated to SMEs, the first One Stop Shop of funding sources.

Finants.ro (www.finants.ro) matches customer requests with financing offers, another competitive advantage being the speed with which the customer’s request reaches the financiers and the transparent way in which the applicant can choose the most suitable option for him.

Finants.ro’s policy is “zero commission” for customers accessing the financial analysis services and credit area. The platform’s sources of revenue are generated by leads and the commission received from financiers when the financing request is honoured.

Finants.ro delivers a summary of financial results to the financiers along with a financial health score to shorten the time between the analysis of the financing file and the interest in granting the loan. Also, the data uploaded by entrepreneurs to the platform will be visible to those tenderers that they have accepted, so there will be no need to send the same data to every potential funder.

Concretely, the aim of Finants.ro is to help entrepreneurs find the right financing for them as simply and quickly as possible and save time. The platform will feature banks, NFIs, brokerage firms, crowdfunding platforms or other partners on the funding side who want to find customers and who in turn benefit by offering their services through Finants. Non-reimbursable funding available to companies will also be listed.
