Ana Hotels "Europa" in Eforie Nord reopens after EUR 14 million investment

Ana Hotels announces the reopening of the emblematic “Europa” hotel in Eforie Nord, after the completion of a complex modernization process. The building has received significant improvements, both externally and internally, to provide hotel guests with an authentic experience of luxury and comfort.

The investment of over EUR 14 million included works to improve the energy efficiency of the building, both on the outside through thermal insulation, restoration of the carpentry and balconies, complete modernization of the building’s installations, as well as by restoring the design of the rooms and some functions of the hotel’s renowned medical SPA. All these significant upgrades and improvements have been made with the use of “premium” materials. Customers will experience luxury and relaxation, with an even more comforting and delightful perspective offered by the view from the balconies of the “Europa” hotel rooms facing the Black Sea, the garden, and the outdoor pools, as well as the quality of the services in the SPA premises, the dedication to excellence being part of “Ana Hotels” culture.

” Works began in October 2023 and has progressed at an exceptional pace, with an emphasis on efficiency and quality. It is the largest hotel modernization project in its more than 20 years under the “Ana Hotels” brand. More than 25,000 square meters were renovated in just six months, setting a record for the speed and performance of this process. “Ana Health Spa” Eforie Nord and the public areas of the hotel have been revitalized. The fitness room has been expanded and equipped with modern equipment to meet the needs of active guests, and the reception area has been reconfigured and modernized to offer guests additional comfort in a lounge area.

Special attention has been paid to the technology in the rooms, with new modern ventilation systems and BMS ensuring a fresh and pleasant atmosphere in every room. At the same time, an IPTV system was implemented that will allow guests access to useful information about the services offered in the hotel and SPA, for a personalized experience and the possibility to connect easily with personal electronic devices.

Ana Hotels “Europa” has 221 modernized rooms, all with sea view, a restaurant with a capacity of 400 seats, a lush garden of 30,000 m2, a conference centre of 900 m2, which can accommodate up to 600 guests and the renowned Ana Health Spa, which features an outdoor freshwater pool, a saltwater pool, an indoor saltwater pool and treatment rooms offering wellness, beauty and relaxation therapies and, most importantly, the famous Techirghiol sapropelic mud therapies.

The “Ana Hotels” hotel group owns the “InterContinental Athénée Palace Bucharest” and “Crowne Plaza Bucharest” hotels in the capital, the “Sport”, “Bradul” and “Poiana” hotels in Poiana Brașov as well as the “Europa” hotel in Eforie Nord.
