Just a few days to go until the fourth Neversea, Europe’s biggest beach festival. Organisers are now coming out with news about festival access and payment system and recommend fans to choose the online Check-in and Top-up option to enjoy faster access to The Island of Dreams. Online check-in can be done up to the event, and those who choose to do it on-site must pay a €25 fee at the Ticketing Point.

The organisers would like to point out that only fans registered on the Check-in form (online or at the venue) can receive the festival wristband, based on a season ticket or day ticket with a valid barcode and ID card.

Those who have purchased more than one ticket can also Check-in for their friends. If a ticket holder wishes to transfer a ticket to another person, they must select the Ticket Transfer option online from their Check-in account. They must then fill in the details of the person who will receive the ticket (name, surname, email, phone, city) and ensure that the generated ticket (pdf) reaches the new recipient.

After successful online check-in, participants have the opportunity to create their own Festival Piggy Bank. Each participant can then put money on their ticket by selecting the Top-up service. The uploaded amount will be transferred and activated on the festival wristband at any Credit Point in the festival. This way of topping up wristbands will also be available during the festival and can be accessed directly from the Neversea mobile app.

Young people under 18 years old must have with them, in addition to their admission ticket and ID, the document proving parental consent. This can be downloaded from parental-consent-ro NVS.docx, and the organisers recommend that it is completed before coming to the festival. Minors under 14 must be accompanied by a parent and have a valid ticket.

PRE-FESTIVAL PROGRAMME FOR COLLECTING WRISTBANDS

The organisers have prepared a pre-festival programme again this year. This means that fans with General Access passes can pick up their wristbands at the festival the day before, on 6 July between 14:00 and 22:00. During the festival, the time slot for picking up wristbands is between 14:00 and 05:00.

VIP pass holders can pick up their wristbands at the festival the day before on 6 July between 14:00 and 22:00. During the festival, the time slot for picking up wristbands is between 14:00 and 05:00.

The payment system at Neversea is offered through the support of Raiffeisen Bank and is integrated with the access system, which brings more security and convenience to the participants.

Also this year, the festival wristband is made of recycled plastic – RPET. The organisers have prepared more than 65,000 access wristbands with the integrated payment system. There will be more than 25 wristband charging points around the festival perimeter, and to move faster, organisers recommend the online top-up option.

Those wishing to cash back their wristband can do so at any of the Credit Point points at the festival or at the point outside the festival until Monday 11 July at 18:00 for cash transactions. Participants who have topped up their wristbands online can request a refund of any unspent money to the amount of the amount charged online. For online refunds, fans must complete the return form, available from the originally created festival account, by 15 July at 23:59.

This year, storage spaces for participants will be positioned before the entrance gate at the Lockers tent, also provided together with partner Raiffeisen Bank. Prohibited items are as follows: drugs, alcohol, bottles (including perfume or deodorant bottles), drinks bottles, umbrellas, cosmetics (except sun cream), backpacks or bags larger than 29 cm X 21 cm X 12 cm, cans, fireworks, lasers, sprays, knives, weapons, blunt objects, banners supported by sticks, chairs, chains, pyrotechnics, food or drink, animals, professional cameras or video cameras, including any type of DSLR camera or camera with detachable lenses, any type of objects that can cause injury.

Prescription medication, insulin, medical drops, asthma inhaler spray are allowed only if the holders present a doctor’s letter or any other document in lieu thereof and in the maximum recommended daily quantity.

Neversea is the largest beach festival in Europe. The fourth edition takes place from 7 to 10 July in Constanta.
