During the winter holiday season, 21% of the participants in the study stated that their budget was negatively affected. Additionally, 14% of the study participants believe that their diet is negatively influenced during this period due to the abundance of rich culinary options and increased expenses.
According to the data highlighted above, the study underlines that older people notice progress in their relationships with those close to them in a greater proportion than the younger ones with the arrival of the winter holidays. This can be explained by the fact that during this period, older people are visited by family members to spend time together.
The study also revealed that women and young people between the ages of 18 and 24 and married people or those in a relationship believe that social activity is positively influenced during this period. This may result from the increased opportunities to interact with others during the holiday season.
