Tandem, the result of the friendship between Liliac and Castel Mimi wineries, is launching a sparkling wine

The story behind the Tandem Wines collection begins with the friendship between the managers of the Liliac winery in Romania and the Castel Mimi winery from the Republic of Moldova. They were colleagues in college, and later in life decided to combine their experience and expertise to create a premium wine collection that symbolizes friendship and collaboration. After selling 45,000 bottles in its first year, the Tandem Wines collection is now joined by a new variety: a white sparkling wine.

The new Tandem sparkling wine is produced using the Charmat method, made from 100% Fetească Albă grapes, and vinified at Castel Mimi in the Republic of Moldova. It is characterized by floral aromas and a balanced taste with hints of green apple and currants. The Liliac and Castel Mimi wineries expect to sell 20,000 bottles of Tandem sparkling wine in the first year.

The new Tandem variety is already available in stores, priced at approximately 45 RON, on the shelves of major retailers in Romania, such as Kaufland and Auchan, as well as online on eMAG, Freshful by eMAG, AlcoolDiscount.ro, and FineStore.
