Beans&Dots and Alex Petricean join forces to develop the gastronomic component of the specialty coffee brand

Beans & Dots Coffee Shop, one of the leaders in specialty coffee and the sole distributor in Romania for The Barn Coffee Roasters Berlin, is announcing the beginning of a long-term collaboration with Chef Alex Petricean this autumn.

Chef Alex Petricean will be designing the seasonal menu for Beans&Dots bistro located within the Museum of Recent Art (MARe) in Bucharest. Alex Petricean, the celebrated chef and founder of Noua and Noua Bar restaurants, has created a series of specialties for Beans&Dots available at the Primăverii 15 location starting on September 29.

Beans & Dots Seasonal Kitchen by Alex Petricean becomes a destination for taste enthusiasts to enjoy a special gastronomic experience, whether it’s for breakfast, a business lunch, or a post-work glass of wine, all in a unique yet unpretentious setting. Chef Alex Petricean’s menu for Beans&Dots is based on the triple ingredient concept, creating a unique blend of local and seasonal ingredients with international influences. The seasonal menu will also be accompanied by a selection of surprising wines with labels less known to the Romanian audience. Every meal served at Beans&Dots can begin or end with an extraordinary specialty coffee from The Barn Coffee Roasters Berlin selection.
