Everience, an IT company based in Timișoara, opens offices in Bucharest and plans to increase its staff by 20% by the end of the year

Everience, part of the Helpline group – European leader in B2B IT services, with 5000 employees internationally, entered the Romanian market in 2013 in Timișoara, offering IT support services.

 

From September 2022, Everience also opened offices in Bucharest, planning to increase its staff by 20%. With over 350 employees in Timișoara, the number 1 HighTech company in Romania according to the Ranking of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce, aims to reach 400 employees by the end of the year and is recruiting for IT Customer Support positions.

With a turnover of more than 8 million euros in 2021, the company is constantly expanding, estimating a turnover of more than 10 million euros in 2022. Everience services serve more than 200 clients internationally, and half of them are in the top 40 companies in France. The most prestigious luxury brands (fashion, perfumery) at an international level, companies from the banking, insurance or industrial segments, are the business sectors that generate the highest demand for the company’s services.

We chose to open offices in Bucharest, one of the main business centers in the country in order to have access to qualified personnel, with experience in the technical field, speakers of foreign languages, but also to expand the portfolio of services” said Cosmin Brânzan – CEO Everience Romania.

Under the concept “Good news travels fast. We have a super plan for you“, the recruitment campaign for the offices in Bucharest aims to hire 60 new colleagues as IT Customer Support. The company’s client portfolio consists of international brands, which is why knowledge of foreign languages ​​is essential. Considering that technical experience is not required at the time of employment and the skills requested are on the level of foreign language spoken, employees go through a technical training process of 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the specifics of the project. Moreover, the company provides free French, German, English and Dutch language courses to new employees.

In Europe, the company has 12 hubs and Service Desk expertise in 25 languages, on-site services, PC support and consulting. The company’s focus is to ensure an excellent customer experience by optimizing costs using digital optimization tools.
