Zamfirescu Racoti & Partners names new managing partner

Law firm Zamfirescu Racoti Predoiu has been rebranded as Zamfirescu Racoti & Partners (ZRP) and appointed Cosmin Vasile as managing partner in a move to consolidate the firm’s management.

ZRP changed its name to reflect the exit of Catalin-Marin Predoiu, former Justice Minister, from the law firm in 2008. He later formed his own practice.

Stan Tarnoveanu, former managing associate of ZRP, said: “Cosmin is an accomplished professional that embodies the qualities demanded by a leader lawyer: balance, vision, efficiency, courage, ability to lead and to harmonize people and program, talent to reinterpret the classic management of law firms.”

The firm plans to add new associates in its law firm to support its future development.

ZRP has 41 lawyers, out of which five are partners: Calin-Andrei Zamfirescu, Ioana Racoti and Stan Tirnoveanu – founding partners, Cosmin Vasile and Anca Danilescu.
