The biggest Romanian yachting championship was recently launched in Mogosoaia, Ilfov, at the NauticLife showroom owned by Mihai Marcu (in picture), in an attempt to underline the significance of the water sports in Romania. This year, the competion will be a Romanian-Bulgarian mix, during Dobrogea Sailing Week. On this occasion, Poseidon International Regatta and Kaliakria Cup regatta will be on competition, according to Pro Sport.
Furthermore, this year the Romania Cup has made a partnership with Balcik Yachting Club. The contest will lasts four days and the awards given are from both Romanians and Bulgarians. Also, there will be a common ranking, especially because an international regatta contest is to be set, said Bogdan Gradinaru, Black Sea Sailing Association.
