Document management company Xerox announced it will expand the range of services for its European customers with the opening of a new customer care center in Bacau, where it will hire 140 people. This center will target customers in Italy.
Eligible candidates must speak Italian, have digital skills and previous background in customer service.
They will be part of a global team made up of 55,000 agents, who offer customer care in approximately 30 languages across 160 centers to 2.5 million requests.
The venue of the new center is DiLivio Business Center (1 Ion Luca Caragiale St.).
“The center in Bacau not only expand the Xerox footprint in Romania but also will be integrated into a global franework that will process information for customers all over the world,”acording to Roberto Montandon, vice-president strategy and business development, Customer Care Services, Xerox.
“Our customers appreciate the skills of Romanian employes, both technical and linguistic, but also their desire to have a carer in a company that offers global services,”he added.
Xerox has in Romania two centers in Bucharest, three centers in Iasi and one in Oradea. The company has a headcount of more than 2,000 employes.
