American document management company Xerox announced it will move its Oradea customer care center in a class A office building, to be able to accommodate a growing team, after the headcount in the center increased from 35 agents at the start of 2015 to more than 110 employees at the moment.

Xerox also announced it will be hiring other 40 new agents by the end of 2016.

“Following the relocation of the Oradea center, the company will be able to provide an optimum workspace to a growing number of employees, and can also take into account future expansions, in order to meet customer demand,” according to Robert van Diem, senior vice-president Xerox Customer Care Operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The new Xerox center, which will be located at the third floor of the Trade Center Oradea building on Nufarului St.,  offers customer care services for clients in the telecom, tourism and pharma industries. Agents are catering for local but also global companies. They speak Romanian, English, French, German and Italian, have sales and negotiations skills, as well as operating systems tools.
