Victor Armaselu will lead the consumer electronics unit of Samsung Electronics Romania

Victor Armaselu (in picture), 43, was appointed director of the consumer electronics division of Samsung Electronics Romania.

Previously, Armaselu coordinated the audio-video products department of Samsung Electronics Romania but in February, he accepted the challenge to develop the consumer electronics business unit, now leading the audio-video, electro and IT equipment departments.

Before joining Samsung Electronics Romania, Armaselu developed his expertise in sales & distribution, key account management, trade marketing and customer relations, holding key positions in top management and entrepreneurship in various departments such as the Chemicals B2B department as Loctite regional manager in Henkel Romania, in the automotive sector as corporate sales director at the Volvo Cars importer, in FMGC as sales director,  as trade marketing director, sales vice-president, distribution & trade marketing in SABMiller (Ursus Breweries). He also offered management consultancy as entrepreneur.

He graduated from the Maritime University in Constanta, licenses in electro-mechanical engineering, and has an E-MBA from the Kennesaw University (Atlanta, USA), has a PMP certificate granted by the Management Institute (Philadelphia, USA) and Lean Six Sigma from IASSC (Phoenix, USA).
