After further negotiations, telecom operator Romtelecom, which runs the Dolce DTH television platform, and Pro TV media group have reached an agreement, which will see the re-introduction of the latter’s TV outlets into Romtelecom’s channel listing.
The 11 channels- Pro TV, Acasa TV, Pro Cinema, Acasa Gold, Sport.ro, MTV, Pro TV International, VH1, PRO TV HD, Acasa HD and Sport.ro HD- will be re-introduced starting today, January 9.
The details of the negotiations which will lead to the signing of a new contract will be completed until January 31, 2013.
Romtelecom announced that it will also keep in Dolce’s listing the channels BBC Knowledge, Comedy Central, Shorts, BBC World News which it introduced on January 3 as part of its basic packages for the DTH and IPTV platforms. The channels will be available free of charge until March 31, 2013, and after this date will be re-distributed differently in the company’s TV outlet packages.
