Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii names three new partners

Romanian law firm Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has appointed three new partners as part of a wider promotion round.

Cristian Radu, Vlad Cercel and Dragos Apostol have joined the firm’s partnership ranks, taking the total number of partners to 24. Meanwhile, the number of lawyers exceeds 100.

Cristian Radu (right) has been practicising law for the past 10 years, specializing in corporate and commercial law, as well as M&A.

Vlad Cercel (left) has 11 years of experience, focusing on electronic communications and IT, as well as PPP/concession and public procurement projects.

Dragos Apostol (center) has 14 years of legal work experience, gaining extensive experience by advising on privatizations, M&A, as well as real estate deals and mining projects.

The firm separately promoted 10 lawyers to the role of managing associate or senior associate, across its real estate, dispute resolution, energy, IP and corporate/M&A practice groups.

Managing partner Florentin Tuca commented the promotion round “reflects the group’s outstanding legal expertise, deep engagement with the firm’s clients and their ability to grow our business in what has been a difficult and uneven year.”
