Telecom operator iNES takes over smaller player Digicom Systems

Telecom operator iNES Group has taken over smaller telecom provider Digicom Systems, with revenues of RON 3.3 million (EUR 0.7 million) last year, which posted 24 percent decline compared to the previous year, announced iNES Group in a pres release.

The value of the transaction has not been made public.

iNES Group posted a turnover of RON 22.53 million (EUR 5.06 million) last year, up 5.1 percent compared to the previous year. The company is operating a data center in its office building in Bucharest and has more than 70 employees.
