Strategic Leadership Forum to start on December 4

Newsroom 16/11/2013 | 10:00

The first strategic leadership event, bringing together leading experts and authentic leaders, will take place between December 4 and 5 and the Hilton Hotel in Bucharest.

The Strategic Leadership Forum works as a springboard for people with high potential seeking to reach sustainable success and draw up a bold vision, in addition to motivating teams and reaching operational excellence.

Some of the key topics of the two-day event are the organizational culture and the empowerment mechanism.

People attending the event will be inspired by the presentation of Luis Huete, IESE Business School professor, who is also a top management consultant, speaker, author and executive coach.

You will have the change to network with high fliers in various industries and gain valuable insights.

Studies say that less that 10 percent of leaders at the helm of organizations ranging from start ups to corporations have strategic abilities.

A Master Class by Luis Huete will be organized on December 4 between 17:00 and 20:30, followed next day by a conference. Some of the guest speakers include Dan Bulucea, head of Google Romania, and Monica Iavorschi, general manager of Arctic.

The forum is jointly organized by Exec-Edu and Learning Network.
