The violinists couple Liviu Prunaru and Valentina Svyatlovskaya will offer the classical music lovers an extraordinary concert on February 26, when the two world famous violins, Stradivarius and Guarneri, will be staged together.
Liviu Prunaru is the concert-maestro of the best symphonic orchestra of the world, Royal Concertgebouw Amsterdam, while his wife, Valentina Svyatlovskaya, is member of the same orchestra, performing on a Guarneri Maria Theresia dated 1676.
On this occasion, together with the Radio Hall Orchestra, the two of them will perform an interesting and dense program, starting with Manfredini – Concerto grosso, Ysaÿe – Amitié, poem for two violins and orchestra by composer Dan Dediu, Sarasate – Fiddler tracks for violin and orchestra, Wieniawski – Souvenir of Moscow and Bruch – Octet for chord orchestra.
The event takes place on Wednesday, February 26, from 19.00. Tickets are available on www.bilete.ro, in the offices of the Romanian Postal Company, at the Inmedio shops labeled Bilete.ro, in the Germanos retail chain and at the Radio Hall box office.
