Software provider Softelligence foresees a turnover over EUR 1.5 million and 14 percent profitability for the current year. Since 2011, the company has been posting annually a turnover that exceeded the EUR 1 million mark.

“The financial indicators we have obtained so far are the result of our approach of projects of considerable technical complexity and business scale. The clients of past years are important players in their industries, multinationals with tradition, which have higher expectations and demands. (…) Only over the past six months, 17 new colleagues have joined us and we intend to boost our team by at least 50 percent,” according to Adrian Blidarus, managing partner Softelligence.

The company motivates growth as the result of more aggressive sales, operational efficiency, financial control, higher human resources competencies and attracting new experts to the team.

“We have taken steps to a new stage which brings us closer to our target of becoming the main provider of e-Business solutions- web, mobile, CRM, BI, BPM, Cloud – in Romania,” said Teodor Blidaruș (in picture), managing partner Softelligence.

For 2015, the company aims to grow its turnover by more than 60 percent and reach EUR 2.5 million. The Softelligence growth strategy over the next three years includes an international presence by delivering services and exporting own products such as the Softelligence EBS (e-Business Suite).
