Germany’s most famous and popular hard rock/heavy metal band, Scorpions will make a stop in Romania to promote their latest tour “Rock’n Roll Forever” that kicked off in September 2013.

The success of their latest album “Sting in the Tail” bears witness that they are a band with a lot to say when it comes to rock music. The band is one of the world’s best-selling bands of all time, with claims of sales of 75 million records worldwide.

Romanian band Trooper was chosen for the second time to open for the German rock band Scorpions. “The fact that we’ll open for the second time for a Scorpions concert is unimaginable! And the fact that Scorpions chose us is a confirmation. A confirmation of our entire work over the last eighteen years. I listened to Scorpions for the first time in 1990. Since that moment, they have been one of our favorite bands. I am speechless. Bon Jovi stated last year that the only band for which he would accept to perform as the opening act is Scorpions. If Bon Jovi said that…I will shut up and I will be the proudest man when performing on the stage on December 14,” said Alin Dinca, Trooper’s lead singer for iconcert.ro.

Tickets for the concert are available in the Biletoo store network, both in Bucharest and other cities nationwide. Tickets can be bought in Bucharest at the Biletoo.ro shop in Unirea Shopping Center (ground floor, the entrance next to McDonald’s), Adevarul and Eminescu bookshops, Flanco, Muzica and Diverta stores, the Palace Hall, The National Children’s Palace and the BiletFan store – Unirii 1 subway station. The concert will take place at Romexpo.
