Law firm CMS Romania has announced the recruitment of Varinia Radu, the founding partner of RVR Energy, a law firm and consultancy specialized in the energy field, along with her whole team.
Radu (left of picture) will work as partner of CMS, heading the oil and gas department and act as deputy coordinator of the energy department within CMS Central and Eastern Europe. She has over 12 years of experience in the energy and mineral resources field.
“The addition of RVR Energy not only enhances the commitment towards of clients in the energy field in Romania, but also strengthens our regional offer,” said Gabriel Sidere (center of picture), managing partner of CMS Romania.
The law firm has also promoted Simona Marin and Loredana Mihailescu to partners.
Mihailescu has over 12 years of experience as lawyer and will coordinate the energy department of CMS Romania.
Marin is a senior lawyer that is member of the international financial law team of the CMS office in Bucharest.
