Romania’s most expensive 10 hotels on sale amount to EUR 120 mln

A hotel complex Neptun-Olimp, a hotel in Arad and one in Bucharest are, in this order, the most expensive tourist units put up for sale in Romania, according to imobliare.ro quoted by Mediafax, the price asked by the owners of the first ten tourist units nearing EUR 120 million.

The first place in the ranking of the most expensive accommodation units in Romania is a seaside hotel complex, listed at a price of EUR 30 million. Located 38 kilometers South Constanta, in Neptun-Olimp resort, the hotel complex consists of three tourist accommodation units (Amfiteatru, Belvedere and Panoramic hotels), all structured on ground floor and seven floors, summing up 750 rooms.

Downtown ​​Arad there is available for sale at the price of EUR 25 million a hotel with an accommodation capacity of 40 rooms and two suites. The unit includes a restaurant, a conference room and a fitness center.

A hotel downtown Bucharest (University – Magheru Boulevard) ranks 3 in the top of the most expensive tourist units put up for sale in Romania with a price of EUR 18.95 million. Structured on ground floor and 13 floors, the building is located on a plot of 1,100 sqm and has an accommodation capacity of 127 rooms.

The other units are located in Bucharest (a 78 room hotel priced EUR 8.5 million), Rasnov-Bran (a tourist complex priced EUR 8.5 million), Bucharest (a 40 room hotel in Unirii area priced EUR 6.5 million), Cluj-Napoca (Sport Hotel priced EUR 6 million), Venus coastline resort (206 room Vulturul Hotel priced EUR 5.5 million), Cap Aurora seaside resort (a hotel complex priced EUR 5.2 million) and in Fantanele resort, Cluj County (a hotel complex priced EUR 5 million).
