Romanian real estate site Magazinuldecase.ro changes ownership

Sanoma Digital Romania, a subsidiary of Sanoma Romania, has sold the real estate site Magazinuldecase.ro to Adina Vasilescu, one of the company’s former digital publishers and Daciana Batrineanu, the general director ROL Online Network, according to Mediafax.ro

The transaction will be completed at the end of this March. Its value has not been made public.

Magazinuldecase.ro is the second largest Romanian property classifieds site. It was bought by Sanoma Digital Romania in 2010, three years after it was set up by Matei Malos, Elena Anghel, Alexandru Dima and Paul Ghinea. It was Sanoma Digital Romania’s only project. Sanoma Hearst Romania, the other subsidiary of Sanoma Romania, was sold to Burda Romania last year.
