Romanian film “Of Snails and Men,” directed by Tudor Giurgiu, won the Special Jury Award at the 28th edition of the Warsaw International Film Festival. The Romanian-French co-production is the comedic story of a group of factory workers whose work place is to be transformed into a snail packaging establishment and their determination to not let it happen.
“Tango Libre,” a musical drama by Frédéric Fonteyne, won the international competition of the 28th Warsaw Film Festival (www.wff.pl) which ended on 21 October 2012. Tango Libre, a co-production between France, Belgium and Luxembourg, was produced by Artemis Productions in coproduction with Samsa Film, Liaison Cinematographique, Nord-Ouest Films and Minds Meet.
