PwC appoints advisory partner

Cornelia Bumbacea has been appointed advisory partner and head of the transaction services team of PwC Romania the company has announced.

She has more than 20 years of professional experience with the Big 4 in financial advisory and transactions. Bumbacea has background in forensic, dispute resolution and transaction advisory services. She has been involved in several privatizations since the early 1990s and more than 250 private deals in the Romanian market assisting either Romanian entrepreneurs or foreign investors.

She is an ACCA, CAFR and UNEVAR member and has several professional certifications, including Kellogg School of Management, INSEAD and IMD.
