Communication giant Publicis One announced a new global and regional leadership, appointed by Jarek Ziebinski, the chief executive officer.
As a result, in Romania, Teddy Dumitrescu (chairman & CEO Publicis Groupe) along with Stefan Iordache (CEO Publicis Groupe) will directly report to Misa Lukic – CEO Publicis One Central and Eastern Europe.
“At the beginning of this year we started a very significant transformation of Publicis Groupe that includes the creation of Publicis One, a new global communications enterprise. As we embark on this journey, our very first mission is to create a strong leadership team. The new Publicis One team comprises experienced leaders who represent the crème de la crème of Publicis Groupe talent, bringing diverse backgrounds, skill sets, entrepreneurial mind set and a brand agnostic approach to our work,” said Jarek Ziebinsk, the chief executive officer of Publicis One
In Latin America, Monica Gadsby becomes chief executive officer at a regional level, while Joseph Piazza is chief financial officer.
In Asia, Nicolas Menat is chief executive officer and Ricardo Roces – chief financial officer, also at a regional level.
In EMEA, where Publicis One believes the market is more complicated and is present in 25 countries, the leadership will be split further. Johan Parmentier has been appointed as regional chief executive officer for Benelux, Misa Lukic will do the same for Central Eastern Europe and Kevin Tromp for Africa. Lukic and Tromp will be helped, on their turn, by David Clark, chief financial officer for EMEA.
At a global management level, Alice McCreath has been named as chief financial officer, Maree Prendergast as chief talent officer and Karen Lim will lead PR as communications director, with all reporting into Jarek Ziebinski, chief executive officer of Publicis One.
Maurice Lévy, chairman and chief executive of Publicis Groupe, said: “I am convinced that under the leadership of Jarek Ziebinski, Publicis One will deliver the very best to our clients, attract the best talents and offer great career opportunities to be the greatest agency in each market. I have great confidence in the team chosen by Jarek.”
The agency has operations in 50 countries, employing some 7,500 people.
